At JayD3lCr3ationz, we do our best to ensure your custom items are packaged securely and shipped on time. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping Rate Estimates:

0 – 1 lb: $5.90 - $7.00 (Standard Shipping)

1.1 – 3 lbs: $6.50-$7.80

3.1 – 5 lbs: $7.50-$$8.67

5.1 – 10 lbs: $9.00-$11.50

10+ lbs: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates

All custom items require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Important Notes:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.).

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

At JayD3lCr3ationz, every item is carefully crafted and customized just for you. Because our products are made-to-order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part (such as incorrect sizing, design, or personalization), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to replace the item or resolve the problem.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect information (such as names, dates, or colors) provided by the customer at the time of order.

Normal wear and tear or slight variations in color/design due to screen resolution or handmade production are not considered defects.
